All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:
• Note the damage with the carrier
• Take clear photos
• Contact us within 24 hours
Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Matrix Auto Parts is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
