Matrix Auto Parts specializes in OE and reconditioned automotive lighting and related components.

• All parts are sold as described in the listing.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility using part numbers, VIN, or professional installer confirmation.
• We are not responsible for incorrect orders due to buyer error.

 All products must be installed by a qualified professional.

Matrix Auto Parts is not liable for:

• Improper installation
• Labor costs
• Vehicle damage
• Diagnostic fees
• Loss of use
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.

 To protect our customers and business:

• We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud.
• Additional identity verification may be required.
• Orders with mismatched billing/shipping information may be delayed or canceled.

We actively monitor for fraudulent transactions and chargeback abuse.

 By completing a purchase, you confirm:

• You are the authorized cardholder.
• You will not initiate a chargeback for a valid transaction.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation including shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and communication records.

Customers who file abusive or fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases.

• Orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise selected.
• Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is marked delivered by the carrier.
• Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and item.
   

Returns are accepted within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Returned items must:

• Be in original condition
• Not be installed
• Not be modified or damaged
• Include original packaging

Items showing installation marks, broken tabs, altered wiring, or misuse may be denied.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was sent in error.

Restocking fees may apply.

 Unless otherwise stated:

• Products are sold without manufacturer warranty.
• Reconditioned parts are tested prior to shipment but sold as-is, unless otherwise noted.
• No guarantee is made regarding lifespan beyond normal installation and use.

 Under no circumstances shall Matrix Auto Parts be liable for:

• Incidental damages
• Lost profits
• Labor reimbursement
• Vehicle rental
• Towing costs
• Downtime
• Consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.

 All content, logos, branding, and images on this website are the property of Matrix Auto Parts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. 

 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located within that state.

Matrix Auto Parts reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
